Delete Your Criminal Overlords Account

In the Game

• Open Settings, then Privacy, and choose Delete account
• You are signed out on every device
• For 30 days you can change your mind: sign in again and choose Keep my account
• After 30 days your account and its data are deleted for good

Without the Game

Email privacy@respite.studio with the subject "Delete my Criminal Overlords account". Send it from the email address on your account. If your account has no email address, tell us your player and kingdom names; we may ask you to confirm from inside the game through Settings > About > Contact support.

We answer within 7 days and delete the account the same way as above, 30 days after your request.

What Is Deleted

• Your email address, password, sign-in keys and names
• Your kingdoms and everything in them: buildings, armies, gear, battles and rankings
• Mail, alliance chat and alliance mail you wrote, and your profile picture
• Usage data and sign-in details tied to your account

What We Keep

A few records stay, without anything that names you: purchase records (for taxes, refunds and payment disputes), bans and other sanctions (so they can't be dodged with a new account), sign-in session records (for security), and reports other players filed. See the privacy policy for how long we keep data.

Purchases

Purchases in Criminal Overlords are one-time, never subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel first. Days left on a pass or ad removal end with the account and are not refunded.

Before You Go

You can download a copy of your data in the game under Settings > Privacy > Download my data.
